The Rotary design allows the Carbon Shafts and the in-built Buzz Bar to fold up to no bigger a diameter than one of your actual fishing Rods so as to fit into any Quiver with ease.  Even thou none of the three legs are length adjustable, the 360 degree of  rotational adjustment  provides identical instant adjustment without moving a thing, it pretty much set's itself up for you. I also now include a Stainless Steel Thumb Nut  FOC, that you can use to - Lock the assembly together for easy transportation, or even to lock the Top Buzz Bar in place with only one or two front legs supporting it (Like using a single Storm Pole)
