Total Titanium Buzz Bars

Made from solid Titanium, designed to match up with the Total Ti and Dreadnought Type Bank Sticks, the examples show are 10" & 12" wide 3 Rod in a Goalpost format.  Price depends on the format/size required, but don't be frightened - not all tackle companies take the pee with their prices, even though these are made from very expensive, difficult to work with solid Titanium, they are still cheaper than others are selling Buzz Bars made from recycled Lager Cans! (Ally) and then anodised to try and add some value.

6" wide Solid Titanium Micro Buzz Bar

6" wide 2 Rod Buzz Bar weighing just 63.4 grams

Solid Titanium Micro Buzz Bars

Made from solid Titanium, designed to take advantage of the strength to weight ratio of Titanium, the example show is a 6" wide 2 Rod version, these are the lightest weight Buzz Bars I could possibly make while still retaining maximum strength and robustness.
These are a nightmare to make in Titanium with the parts being so small, but for those who need everything as light weight as possible and reliable worth every penny, as they will last a many lifetimes.

Obviously with being Titanium costs vary according the format/sizes of the order.

 Defiant HD Buzz Bars

Made at request these are seriously heavy duty being made from solid Stainless Steel,  this set were custom made for a bait company boss who was sick of over-priced off the shelf ones breaking/falling to bits, hence these "blasts from the past" were made in this case in a Goalpost format. They could be made with tubing instead of solid Cross Shafts, but if your intending standing on them to get them into the ground - solid Stainless Steel all the way.

                                       Modular Bars

These are the "Chassis" so to speak for any Modular set up, precision cut from solid Stainless Steel, designed to be robust and amazingly light weight for Stainless, extremely pleasing on the eye - a tackle Tarts dream with the brushed stainless finish.   All the five present width options are 2/3 Rod with all having 3 mounting positions, the widths I picked to make were the most popular from many years of making Buzz Bars, other sizes could be made at a later date if there was enough requests for the size (You can't go setting a 1/4 Million £ Machine up to make "A Modular Bar", it's not going to happen, pallet full at least)

6”      Modular Bar = £7.50

7”      Modular Bar = £8.50

12”    Modular Bar = £12.00

14”    Modular Bar = £14.00

16”    Modular Bar = £16.00

                              Vertical Barrel Fitting

Designed to slot into the Modular Bars in any position, it's a 2 part component comprising of the Main Barrel made from solid Stainless Steel with a solid Brass Thread fitted, which is locked in place with a Stainless Steel 3/8"BSF threaded Locking Ring if your not fitting a Bank Stick/Storm Pole underneath the Modular Bar.  The Locking Ring also doubles up as a spacer if you wish to fit the whole fitting directly into a Bank Stick etc....

Vertical Barrel fitting complete = £8.50

+ Postage

                             3/8"BSF Mounting Bolts

Can be fitted into any of the mounting positions in a Modular Bar, allowing Bank Sticks/Storm Poles to be fitted directly to the base of the Bar

3/8" BSF Mounting Bolts = £3.50 each

+ Postage

        Defiant Modular Range

This extensive range of "parts" was originally designed for my own personal use, as I don't just do static Carp Fishing, like many "Specimen Anglers" I also fish the Rivers for Barbel & Chub, Predator fish for Pike & Catfish  etc......... going for different species in the different seasons of the year.

I'd always wanted a range of parts that I could just pick from as required for my needs on that day but also capable of easily adapting on the spot to any opportunities that may arise. The concept is based upon an early Defiant 2  Rod Pod System (The Hobbit Pod)  that had the ability to do much the same as this Modular Range can.

I will show each component individually, explain what functions it does (In many cases multiple application possibilities from the same part)  Then show example set ups built up from the components.

                                      Rotary Barrel Fitting

This three piece component I originally deigned for use in a River Pod set up once adapted to be incorporated into the Modular Range, has become a  real gamechanger!   Not a term I would normally ever use but it has, as I only need to carry a few component's from the range to be able to instantly built up a set up on the bank to suit any situation, any were at any time.

You just position the Modular Bar you are using in a vertical axis rather then a horizontal one, slot in the fitting with the 3/8"BSF hole at the back to mount your Alarm or Rest, fit the other fitting with the solid Brass 3/8"BSF Stud for your Bank Stick/Storm Pole to fit onto + large diameter Thumb Screw from the other side.  Position both fittings as you desire anywhere in 360 degree's fully independently.

This allows you do set Bank Sticks at angles, and even leave the Bank Sticks attached, just folding them for transportation - you have a "Instant Set up" literally!

Made from solid Stainless Steel for reliability, the Large Thumb Screws have "Tommy Bar" portholes in them in case that little bit of extra tightening is required, everything has been designed to be able to take it.

My own 3 Rod Modular/Folding 14"  wide                                                          front section with Alarms removed

Rotary Barrel Fitting complete  £17.50 each

                             + Postage

2 Rod Buzz Bar set up with single Bank Stick

                                         3 Rod Goalpost set up

3 Rod Buzz Bar set up with single Bank Stick

Just 4 Modular component's + 3 Long Bank Sticks and you have a  River Pod/ Tripod set up, which can also be utilised as 2 or 3 Rod Buzz Bars  when needed

Here are some examples of set ups you can make up as required on the bank, from just a few component's from the Modular  range

Fully adjustable River Pod Tripod, utilising 3 x Long Bank                     Sticks/Storm Poles combined with just 4 Modular component's

My own 3 Rod folding/instant set up front section, there's not reason  why you have to have the Bank Sticks set perfectly vertical, I often angle mine to get the set up lower without having to fit shorter Bank Sticks
